1. Contact us with the item(s) you are interested in renting, as well as your desired reservation dates.  Please download, read, fill out, sign and return our rental forms via fax or email.   Our RENTAL AGREEMENT will help to explain the rental process and basic rules.  There is a minimum of a two day rental on order.   Rental extensions are based on availability of equipment and duration of extension.

2: Customers MUST have a credit card for rental.  The credit card used to rent the equipment must be able to hold the FULL RETAIL VALUE of the items rented for the duration of the rental.  Once we have received all appropriate forms, we will email your confirmation with instructions for pick up.  All credit card authorization holds will be effective on the first day of rental and credit cards will be charged at the end of the rental period or weekly for the rental rate ONLY (barring no damages, theft, or loss).  At the end of the rental all holds, minus the rental fees and taxes, will be released back to your card.

​3. If we are shipping to you, the first day of the rental will begin when you receive the equipment and end when we receive the order.  All shipping charges (both outbound and inbound) will be charged the day of shipping.

Extending Rental Periods 
  If you need to extend your rental period, contact us a minimum of 24 hrs. before the end of the rental.  Rental extensions under a week are available on a day rate only, providing the item is not reserved for another individual.

  If you are interested in leasing out your photography equipment through our company, we are happy to help!  We offer a safe, protected way to get your equipment into the hands of photographers in need.  Contact us with a list of equipment you would like to make available for lease, we research fair market rental pricing and will post it on our "Equipment and Rates" page.  We will handle all client pick-ups, drop-offs, shipping, and billing.  Please contact us with any questions or futher information.
